Team Collaboration

Our group worked together coorperately. We met after school and at weekends in order to work out the website effectively. We divided the work and shared responsibilites. For example, one of our group members will do the Introduction part, and others will do the Background Information and Research and Findings part. Our team members are also kind enough do the website at home in their private time and after school, so our group only used about three months time to finish the website. Although our team met many difficulties and arguments during the process, we gained many knowledge such as how to create a website creatively and how to work together as a team.

Team Diversity

Our team members have different family backgrounds. For example, some are Hong Kong people and some are Americans. We are from differnt countries, but we still work together as a family. As some of us are from different countries, they have extra knowledge or different opinions on the word slimming and beauty. Due to the different knowledge and opinions of our team members, the Discussion part is rather critical, as we voice out our opinions subjectively. Therefore, we met many difficulties and arguments during hte process. But, at last, we manage to come up with a satisfying result.
