Team Collaboration

When we first started our team we had a lot of problems. Some of the problems we had were that we had to decide what our web site was going to be about. We all decided to do three main topics. The three topics that we all chose were types of computers, fixing your computers and the last thing that we all decided on was the history of computers. Since there were three topics and three of us, we all took a topic that we were good at and what we wanted. Jeremiah decided he wanted to do the types of computers, Spence decided he wanted to do the history of computers but he had some trouble with the history so Jeremiah helped a little with the history and I decided that I (John) wanted to do fixing your computer. We didn’t really decide to do what is a virus but I fitted it in with fixing your computer. Another thing that we all had to decide was who would be the team captain. We decided that it would be Jeremiah. Since Jeremiah was team captain he had to go to the computer lab to learn how to do animation so that was another problem because when Jeremiah went to the computer lab we (me and Spence) were working on the topics and Jeremiah had some information that we rather needed, but it all worked out. The last problem that we had was that Spence was absent a lot and he had information that we really needed so we could finish the history and put it on our web site and Jeremiah couldn’t finish the history because he had to do the animations for our web site and I had to do the Team Collaboration, so it was all really hard to get the information that Spence needed but he got it.

Team Diversity

Some reasons that we (John, Spence and Jeremiah) are all different is that we are all good at different subjects like Jeremiah is not good at reading and me and Spence are good at reading. Some other subjects that we all are good and bad at are Spence and Jeremiah are good at Science and I’m not, Spence and I are good at I.A.T (Wood Shop) and Jeremiah isn’t, Spence and I are also good at music and Jeremiah isn’t, Jeremiah and I are good at math but Spence isn’t. Some things that I stink at but Jeremiah or Spence are good at is Language Arts (Spence isn’t good at Language Arts ether) but Jeremiah is good at Language Arts, I’m also bad at Social Studies and Spence and Jeremiah aren’t, I stink at Art but Jeremiah and Spence don’t and the last subject is P.E but we are all good at that, I’m mean all you have to do is show up and do the activity.

Some things outside of school that we are all like/good at and dislike/not good at. The only sport that we all dislike is tennis. The only sport that we all like is skiing. Spence and I both like archery, biking and swimming and Jeremiah dislikes all of those activities. Jeremiah and Spence like soccer and I dislike it. Jeremiah and I both like football and baseball and Spence doesn’t. One sport that we all dislike is tennis. The last sport that only one person like in our group is basketball and Spence and I dislike basketball so that only leaves one person, Jeremiah.

The last reason that we are different is we all have different religions. Spence and Jeremiah are Christians and I’m Catholic.
