Team Collaboration

Our team split the tasks between ourselves and then came back together to discuss the ideas. Sam, our tech expert, made "the frame" of most of the website and showed the rest of us how to fill in the content. Sunny and Sue drew the pictures, and composed the text. Marla was everybody's assistant. We all proofread the website.

Team Diversity

We have an ethnically diverse team. Individual team members are of Indian, Syrian, and European descent. Each individual brought special talents to the group. While we did not expect our cultural background to matter all that much to our project, as we were all from the same school, we were surprised at the impact our cultures had on our conflict management styles.
