Team Collaboration

We all worked together by assigning eachother work, and content. We could write essays and post pictures. We would share responsibilities by getting partners, and we got to work, and made it through. We had a lot of different ideas, and a lot of bumps in the website. Sometimes we would get along, and agree on certain things, but sometimes we didn’t, and we got into arguments about who did what , and how much we were supposed to do. We would ignore each other and just get to our own work. In the end, we figured it out, by saying what we needed to figure out, and apologizing to eachother. It really effects your friendships in how you work and think, but most of time, it was always a good affect. Over all, we got a new kind of relationship with eachother, and we had a great time sharing our thoughts and ideas, to put this website together.

Our team faced many hardships while making this website.

It wasn't easy getting along. We all were arguing, but we came to agreements, and made the website the best that we could. The following is the point of views of our team members, stating how they feel about how we got along.

It wasn't easy getting along.

We had arguments about if we wanted to keep this page, or get rid of it, etc. We often had to ask our teacher for help, and using that, we were able to come to agreements-Fid

During the building of the website, there were a lot of ups and downs, but we made it through, because we are all best friends-Bianca

While we were making the website, we didn't get along perfectly, we had a lot of arguments, but we made it through-Jaida

When we were making the website, in the beginning, I thought that everything would be perfect, because we were all friends, but then some arguments, like keeping a page, or deleting it, and it didn't work out perfectly, but then we met in the middle, and everything worked out alright-Madison

We had a lot of arguing in our team, but we got through-Jaida

Team Diversity

We will come out, and say that our school is a very high poverty school, and the people in our classroom are all very diverse. We also have a lot of different socioeconomic backrounds. We don’t have high-tech software, or anything like the other winning websites do. We have laptops, but only because our teachers wrote grants, and helped us through it. Even though we weren’t happy that we can’t have special website software, we worked our way through it. Our teacher had the hardest part, because he was the coach for all six teams. It means we had to do a lot on our own. All of our team members had diverse skills. Amia was the one who was really good at using technology, Bianca was the peacemaker, Kelly was the one who was really good at art, Fidelity was the one who was a good writer, Jaida was the optomist, and Madison was the person who found, and asked if we could use, pictures. With all of these great talents, our team was able to make an amazing website
