The Jamestown Gazette

1999
The Jamestown Gazette provides children with the opportunity to learn about the early settlement of Jamestown, Virginia. It gives children history about the buildings inside the fort settlement and the people who were instrumental in its creation. The information is directed at children in grades four and five, but could be useful to interested parties of all ages. In the state of Virginia, this web site could be used as an excellent tool to teach children about history that they are expected to know for their Standards of Learning tests.
