Worst Thirst
2009
Many people around the globe are getting sicknesses from not having access to safe drinking water. Our expected outcome for this project is to open the eyes of others and to show them our commitment and responsibility for the citizens around the world. We also would like to motivate our community to be open-minded to the problem that many inhabitants around the world don't have access to non-polluted water. We want people to appreciate what they have and help people who aren't as fortunate as they are. People around the world should be informed of the water problems and we would like to educate them about the issues of polluted water with our website. We will work hard on this project to help our class, school, community and world to be aware of what happens to people who drink polluted water and try to help with this crisis locally or globally.

Team Collaboration
When you stir together a hard worker with the spirit of a leader, the glue that binds a team together, flexible boring buster, a helper with work experience, and a fast moving idea maker, they are capable of doing anything. Worst Thirst worked well together by cooperating with each other. We acomplished all of our goals by opening the eyes of citizens around us, donating bottled water crates to the American Red Cross Homeless Shelter, and taking the our class on a field trip related to the research that we focused on.
Team Diversity
Our first team member is Heide. She has lived in Sunnyvail, CA and Colorado Springs CO. She is Whales and British. Her parents are from the United States.
Worst Thirst's second team member is Lindsey. She was born and has only lived in Colorado Springs, CO. She is English. Lindsey's parents are from Colorado and New Mexico.
Our third Member is Trenton. He was born in Denver and has only lived in Colorado Springs, CO. His ancestors are from Europe and Korea. Trenton's parents are from Nevada and Colorado.
Worst Thirst's fourth team member is Simeon. Simeon was born in Colorado and has lived in Michigan, but now lives in Colorado Springs. He is Ethiopian. His parents are also from Ethiopia.
Our last team member is Joel. He was born in Colorado, and that is the only place he has lived is in Colorado Springs. His parents are from Virginia and Chicago. Those are the team members on the Worst Thirst team.
