The Yuanmingyuan is a great imperial garden, which took the Qing Dynasty more than 150 years to build. She was famous for her grand dimensions, fancy buildings and outstanding art of constructing. "The Garden of Gardens", "Eastern Versailles" were her given names. After the disaster in October 1860 - she was almost destroyed in it; nothing was left, except the forsaken carving and late generator's lament.
