Team Collaboration
Working together was an interesting experience for all of us. Our team was definately not perfect, we did argue about things like; animals, names, who got what, how to put in the citations and thing like that. We decided, as like most teams, to pull equal weight. We all agreed that if someone fell behind, we would help out to make sure they caught up and new what was what. All of our argument were ok and it was just a part of a team working out. We would always figure out everything by voting, but always make sure everything was FAIR. Overall, we all agree that there is no 'I' in team!
Team Diversity
We are all very different in very many ways. We have different in things that we do. 'B' like to ride bikes and 'C' likes to read.Well we all like to read. All of us are good at random things. Working with each other was a challenge that was rewarded. We may not win but we all had fun working with each other, being that we didn't usually like to hang out together, but the whole competition brought us together, as good friends. We all had different ideas and we combined the good things to make the best website that could. All four of us love animals and we loved making this website. So overall, it was a challenge rewarded!!!
