Superstitions

1999
We have done our ThinkQuest web site on superstitions. People believe many things without proof or assurance. They interpret the world around them as a confirmation of their ideas. Throughout history, superstitions have changed and evolved with the world around them. Our site will tell about many superstitions and, for some of them, their old time origins. Although some superstitions may sound absurd, we wish to teach people about how thinking has advanced since they were created. The categories include: animal superstitions, time related superstitions, everyday superstitions, and a dictionary of superstitions. .
