Team Collaboration

We Technoboosters- Tushar,Priya,Shefali,Vaishali,Mayank & Jasmeet

worked together in harmony with each other.We divided our task among

each other.

1) Mayank collected data from Encyclopaedias and health magazines.

2) Jasmeet along with Mayank did case study of teachers.

3) Shefali and Vaishali did typing work,collected pictures, designed

banner,prepared survey report.

4) Tushar and Priya designed web page in Dreamweaver.

To achieve our target, We time to time organised team meetings to

discuss problem areas and to find their solutions.

In the completition of this project,we faced a major problem -- Lack of

Team as last three months we remained busy with school exams, Annual

Function etc. But somehow we managed to complete our project to our

satisfaction.

Team Diversity

Our team Technoboosters comprise of members from different classes viz 8th, 9th and 10th. This diversity helped us a lot in completing our project. As we belong to different classes, we managed to get our work done well in time and with the full support and co-operation of team members. We have collected data from different sources like Encyclopedias, health magazines, NCERT textbooks, surveys & Internet etc.

For survey, we selected our school as this is the best place to stand with. We found that thyroid is not a minor problem. Even young children are getting affected. A special thanks is given to Dr. Marwah from INMAS as he with his team carried out test of our school students and teachers. Not only this, he also helped in collecting data from the INMAS library to access. Our coach Mrs. Aruna Behl and assistant coach Mrs. Mala Sood who always supported us. They helped us by making arrangements for us to conduct the survey.

Our team, as a rule comprises of 6 students but our parents and other teachers of the school have always been an immense support for us as they allowed us to work for hours, to go different places and helped us in completing with our course which we missed.
