Team Collaboration

I think the hardest part of developing a website is deadlines. We have worked through many different obstacles. We had to avoid technical difficulties and find information when members of the team were absent. Our entire group worked well together because we are all good friends. We had big ideas but we had to simplify them. Another hardship was having a late start and having less time and more work.

Team Diversity

Our team is diverse because we were the only 4th grade team who did this website. We worked among 4 other 5th grade teams. There are 4 boys and one girl so it must have been tough for the girl. One member is Korean which also adds to the diversity. All of our team had to take a test to get through to this challenge. We are different in a lot of ways. I am glad that I could experience tag with all of my friends.
