Team Collaboration
You can’t say that our team is a simple one, formed only to achieve a goal at a time, then everyone would find another way. Being classmates for a long time, we actually form a team in many things, and this was another reason to spend more time together and to know each other better.
Luci (17) ) is the one who has the control over any thing and knows which tasks best suit each and ensures that everything is done in time. He does his work with conscientiousness and he was the one with the technical part of the site. He always has ideas regarding web-design and everything went well because of his ability to remedy any problem.
Claudiu (18) is the member of the team that carries out his duties in silence, without any apparent effort, as the most natural thing, and finally amazes you with the accuracy and clarity of his material.
Andreea (17) is a cheerful and communicative person. She managed to approach naturally to each of us and is always ready to offer help in any situation. She is a person with creative ideas, who knows all her duties and fulfils them the best she can.
Raluca (17) is an optimistic and efficient person. She is used to work quickly and manages to find a solution to any problem, no matter how difficult a thing would seem. She is relaxed and calm, and manages to balance work, so that everything is done well, without getting tired.
Antoaneta Lăzărescu was more than our coordinator. She was our mentor and a member of the team involved in everything. With her vast experience in computers and work as a team, she has offered us advice, ensuring that everything was fine, he argued, motivated and encouraged, ensuring us that all liked how the project went. In fact, she is what has made our team a whole.
Team Diversity
During the conception of the project, we had to overcome many barriers, both technical and regarding the content of our website. First of all, we made researches on the theme of alcohol consumption, its advantages and disadvantages. Secondly, we organized all the materials we had, giving each team member a task according to his abilities. When the content was ready, the technical problems appeared. We overcame them with patience and with the help of our Informatics teacher.
Participating at Thinkquest competition gave us the chance to understand the real risks of alcohol consumption and determined us to initiate this project. Our school mates encouraged us, and the impact on the community was noticeable.
During the researches we made, at every step, new things appeared. We learned new and interesting things and this was a unique experience. Our project, has been appreciated among our school members and our initiative has been also considered a very good one.
