The People Behind the Shells

"The People Behind the Shells", an inquiry project based on the driving question---"Did you know that there were other people who had the same names as the Ninja Turtles?" This became the basis for a research to find information about the others who had the names of Leonardo, Raphael, Donatello and Michelangelo The objectives were: -to enable students to experience an inquiry of their choice -to research the artists whose became the namesake of the Ninja Turtles -to create an awareness of and develop an appreciation for the fine arts -to share the findings of an inquiry through technology -to use the Internet as a resource -to create web pages -to work cooperatively and collaboratively
