Team Collaboration

We are a team of six members, Sorin, Mircea, Aly, Teo, Irina and Oana. Each of us knows how to do something well and we decided to join our abilities in order to realize this project. Sorin is the leader of our team. Beside his abilities of leadership, he is also skilled in design. Mircea knows all the ropes of programming. Oana, because she likes reading, was in charge with searching the documents that this project is based on. Aly knows about design but also helped on searching the text. Irina is the one that translated the text from Romanian to English. Teo is also very good on programming and together with Mircea, built this website. Sorin with Mircea coordinated us and has shared each of us jobs to do. In this way, we have managed to stay ordered and not to mix up the things.

Team Diversity

As a team of six members, we are very different. Each of us like different things but besides this we all like to involve into projects that we think it will help others. Because we are so different, we have faced our ideas and gathered them in this website. We are all from Romania so we cannot speak about cultural diversity. About our sources, we have gathered information from books and internet, but also we have talked to some people that inspired us because of their way of thinking. We have tried to have as many sources as we could in order to have more alternatives to choose from.
