Our entry is about teaching people what they can do to stay in shape. We made a chart of exercises you can do, how many to start out with, and how many to increase by each day. It shows you a list of sports and exercises you can do to stay in shape. It gives you some tips to help you exercise correctly. It has a fun crossword puzzle with exercise words for people to do.
