Our website is about Majorcan cakes and pastries. Our two main ones are the “crespells” and the “ensaimadas”. The first ones are specially made at Easter and children love to cook them because they are very easy to make. The “ensaimada” is our well-known cake, every tourist buys an “ensaimada” as a present to take it back home.
