Team Collaboration
Our team worked extremely well together. Every member had their tasks that they were given to complete. For example Michelle wrote the sections about the energy, Ashley wrote the sections about the floor plans and Melissa helped find graphics and edit the written sections. At the beginning of the hour we would get together and talk about what needed to be done, we would then split up to work so that each member had something to work on. Then, once a member was done another member would check it and make any necessary changes. We all worked together to make this project outstanding and informative.
Team Diversity
Our team has not a lot of diversity. We are the same race, we live in the same community, and we all have similar religions. Yet, our family structure is different. Michelle’s mom and dad are together but her dad works out of state and her brother is away at college. Melissa’s parents live together with her and her two sisters. Ashley’s family is separated and she lives with her dad while her mom lives out of state. Some of the members of the group live out in the country, where dial-up internet is the only option. This creates problems when you are trying to work on projects that need the internet. So even with the diversity we have in our group, as team we work extremely well together.
