Our unit
Ecofriends form a unit just like the elements of this universe
Fire: T.K. Balasarvanan is the agni that keeps glowing brighter with each step taken in the course of the project. He has been the burning center of activity involved in collection and preparation of key objects for the project. He is as good academically as he is techno savvy. The fire of his spirit has sustained the momentum through out.
Water: Minmini the ever flowing forward, collector of priceless bits of knowledge in the course and forming a delta at ecofriends, rich with creativity and originality. The core life of the unit is very much alive with her. Accomplishing her role with dedication, she is the all-rounder in the team.
Earth: as tolerant and patient as earth is Revathi with a pleasing calm around herself and taking cues from coaches just as the earth takes in any drop of water that falls on it. A silent but sincere element in the unit adds a fresh dimension to the ecofriends.
Air: Ananya the most interactive of the members, like the air sustains the level of interest amongst the members by her ability to interact with all. She brings in a whiff of activity with her presence. A hard working student, she does not spare a chance to bring out her potential in whatever she is involved in.
Aakash: the all embracing space- Anup Bhat is as open minded as he is inquisitive. An ever questioning student he looks for answers and is not satisfied till he gets there. He enriches the unit with his attitude for discovering and her from a valuable asset to the team.
Moonlight: Chandini is the moonlight of the ecofriends. a pleasing personality that can bring a smile with her presence of aesthetically appealing work. A talented student, she is the icing on the cake of the unit.
Team Diversity
Team consists of Students from three different sections of the same class, working together in collaboration during their common leisure periods and after school hours. The team has students as diverse in their aptitudes as the culture that is inherent in them .Each one embodies cultural diversity, hailing from ecologically diverse regions of the subcontinent- Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andra Pradesh and Orissa, each groomed up in cosmopolitan environment and experiencing diverse problems in different parts of the country, through the course of their education in classes 1 to 9.
