Team Collaboration

During the course of our project, our team was faced with many challenges. One of them was time constrain. Fortunately, Shawn was exceptionally good at time management as he helped us find compromises for our meeting times. There were many heated arguments within the team, but Dinie was there to cool things down, as well as Aiysh, who was almost always the one to defuse the situation. Joseph was an excellent information collector and was adept at allocating task based on one's strength. Jeremy helped with many administrative matters as well as designing many sections of the website. The work was split up into three sections: Data collection and interpretation, Design and Administration, Website creation. Joseph and Shawn worked very efficiently to create and conduct surveys, as well as to interpret the data. Dinie and Jeremy used Adobe Photoshop to design most of the website while informing our teachers on our progress. Aiysh, the leader, was to head the website creation and when the others' work was done, we help with the website as well.

Team Diversity

Our team is a collaboration between students from 2B and 2E from Raffles Institution. Joseph, Shawn and Jeremy are Chinese while Dinie is Malay and Aiysh is Pakistani. This helped us as our diversity allowed us to get and international view of this taboo subject. Jeremy is a Christian while Aiysh and Dinie are Muslims and this has prove useful as it has provided our group with a more complex view of this subject.
