Team Collaboration
The members of the team,"Fauna-Friends" worked as a team in true sense to fulfill the project. Each of them worked extremely hard and at the same time extended helping hand to each other in completing their tasks.Data from different places were collected mainly by Shinjini and Jyoti whereas credit for the photographs goes to Asha. Sweta, Madhu and Anamika were instrumental in preparing the project. Though they divided the responsibilities among themselves, at every stage of the project they proceded hand in hand.Wherever and whenever they faced any problem, they approached me and I also tried my level best to guide them.
Team Diversity
The members of the team, " Fauna-Friends" are all from various cultural and socio-economic backgrounds. As a group they present a nice picture of "Unity in diversity". Parents of Shinjini were originally from West Bengal,a different state of India with a completely different culture and language.Jyoti, though belong to the same community with Shinjini, is from Barpeta,a different district of Assam.Anamika and Asha, both are from Assam but from different ethnic groups.Anamika is a descendant of a community which originally belonged to Thailand. Asha, whereas, belong to place Majuli which is renowned as the largest river island of the world and also as the centre of "Satriya Culture".Parents Sweta and Madhu both were originally from Bihar. Madhu is the daughter of a businessman whereas Sweta's father works in a company undertaken by Govt if India. All the students are from different socio-economic status.
