Man is always competing with each other and also with nature in one form or the other. With the discovery of fire man started competing with nature he started competing with nature by defeating the creed of darkness. From then man was competing with nature and other living organisms. Now he is able to dominate other organisms but he is unable to reveal some mysteries of nature… sometimes he is able to overcome the hazards kept forward by the nature but sometimes he is unable to do anything for to overcome the nature. He is able to overcome some of the hazards of the nature due to the technology he has developed and is developing but are these technologies really helpful to the man kind or these having even banes which are more serious than the boons??? He is not only competing with nature but now he is also competing with fellow human beings to overcome each other. He is trying to become superior in politics by annexing other states or countries, he is trying to dominate one another in the field of science and technology, culture in territory, and in other sectors. This had both positives and negatives. Positives are because as a result of this there is a competition because of which he is trying to develop a lot and at rapid pace. Sometimes if this competition increases then there can be chances of some negatives which you will see discussed in this site. In this site we are going to show from the past till now how man has developed due to the competition he faced with nature and also with fellow human beings. And also we are going to show what he will be in the future because of this competition going on with nature and fellow human beings. Will he able to overcome the nature and become superior to the nature or even with the existence of extensive technology man is unable to overcome the nature or will technology only dissolve him???!!! Team Collaboration

There is a lot of time difference between India, Philippines and Brazil but not much with Pakistan as it is a neighboring country. Viviane is found to be online only when it is midnight in India,if it is 4PM in Brazil, it is 12AM in India. And also between Philippines and India there is two and half hours of difference which is big enough. And the biggest time difference is from Brazil and Philippines. It is nearly 10 and half hours which means almost when they are having morning there, there will be night, so for contacting this is a very big hindrance. With time even language is a barrier for our communication. We all speak different languages normally so it resulted in misunderstanding.

Each member in our team has some strengths as well as some weaknesses. Most of our team members are well balanced that is they are good at handling things well. The strength of each member is as follows:

RaviTeja:He is good at many things and he is the one who thought of the idea of making a website over this topic. He is good at writing articles, imagining and also in the usage of softwares. He is good at leading the team well. He has good leadership qualities. He assigns duties too. He wants everything to happen in time and never waits; he wants to happen everything quickly. But this nature is also good from team's point of view. And he is a key member of the Team.

Mrudul:He is also an all rounder. He is also one of the key members of the team. And he too played a key role in making the content and assisted RaviTeja in many things. He has a creative mind and assists others. As Mrudul and RaviTeja live in the same city they both worked together. He is good helping and assisting team.

Nivedita:She is pretty good and has the capacity to do all kinds of works. She is good at making content and also getting images for the site. Also also gave some good and innovative ideas wherever required.

Viviane: She is good making images and also good at imagining things. She is also good at the usage of softwares. She engaged herself for preparing images. And also she is a good researcher.

John Rey: He is good at researching and also good at making images. He is the one who had made cartoons for our site. And also good at imagining. He played a key role. And gave some good ideas for the development of site when it was needed.

Ramsha:She is a good researcher. She helped in building the site and helped by giving information for our site. She helped for making graphs.

Team Diversity

We all belong to different countries and different cultures and backgrounds. Mrudul, RaviTeja and Nivedita are from India whereas Viviane is from Brazil, John Rey is from Philippines and Ramsha is from Pakistan. Not only countries but we also belong to different places. Mrudul and RaviTeja belong to Andhra Pradesh which is in the southern part of India whereas Nivedita belongs to Rajasthan in the Northwestern Part of India, Viviane is from Ubachuva, Ramsha is from North Nazimabad and John Rey is from the City of Makata.

And because of the distances between our team members, we are having a time barrier between all of us. There is a lot of time difference between India, Philippines and Brazil but not much with Pakistan as it is a neighboring country. Not that we belong from different areas and time zones but we also differ with the kind of lifestyles we follow and in other social and economic concerns. We belong to different sets of religions. And there is linguistic difference. Because of that only there had been some difference in opinions. RaviTeja and Mrudul are having their mother tongue as Telugu whereas Nivedita's is Marwari. While Viviane's mother tongue is Portuguese, John Rey's mother tongue is Philippio whereas Ramsha's is Urdu; so many languages in a same team therefore sometimes there is misunderstanding of words or sentences but still we have overcome those and did it with zeal and zest.
