Tutorial schools and private tutors-a necessity or just a trend?

Our website is about the discussion of why so many students in Hong Kong go to Tutorial schools and how those schools attract students to go there. In our website, there are brochures which are distributed to people by tutorial schools, other advertisements, result of a survey we conducted and a real case of a student taking tutorial lessons.
