Team Collaboration

Our team was very consistent because we worked well together. We continuously set goals and at the end of the day, we usually met them. Each of our teammates had specific talents and skills that led to a successful team. For example, Alex contributed his artistic abilities, especially in designing the WebPages. He also helped us relax with his sense of humor when we were too stressed. Emily constantly though of new, imaginative web page designs and found a lot of the information that went on the website. Katie was the most organized in the group, you could always count on her to know where everything was and what had and had not been done. In addition, she added her unique creativity to every web page. Richie, the team leader, showed leadership while working on this project. He did most of the coding for our website and he never hesitated to express his ideas.

Team Diversity

Our group’s diverse backgrounds contributed to the content of this website. Alex is half-Cuban, half-Philippine. Richie is Polish and German, Katie is English and Australian, and Emily is Swedish, Scottish, French and Norwegian. We also have various religions, including Roman Catholic and Lutheran. These differences help us to understand and relate to each other. We hope to inspire the youth of America that everyone can work together.
