People have painted on walls for thousands of years. Prehistoric man painted on the cave walls, Egyptians made elaborate drawings for their Kings and churches have created wonderful paintings on ceilings and walls. We looked into the history of murals and how people have used them in the past. We created our own mural in our school, documenting every step of the way so that other people could create their own murals too.
