Team Collaboration

The team consist of 6 year 9 students from Sekolah Ciputra who are currently studying hard for both the National Exam and also the School’s Final Exam. They joined the Think quest Narrative Essay Competition as an after school activity. Each member of the team has different strength such as, Cindy and Stephanie have remarkable creativity. Monica is the social butterfly of the school and is very good with surveys, interviews, and primary source research. Lulu and Yose are very good with words (especially essays) and have extreme commitment towards the competition. Wendy has good English and likes editing. The team stays consistent and committed throughout the process even though they have to work overtime and came to school during weekends to finish the project. They also stay late after school to go and interview the primary resource.

Team Diversity

The sources we get are coming from different social level. 2 of the primary resource (Fitri and Eka) came from a lower social level and are Moslem and don’t have a good education background. While the other primary resources (Mr. Endro and the people we surveyed) come from a higher social level and are mostly either Christians or Catholics and have a good education background.
