Team Collaboration

This was a very hard-to-maintain subject. Mostly because this group was not very compatible. However, I believe that the hardships were cleanly jumped. The collaboration of the team was easier when deversity came into effect. When one person tried to slack the diversity and the collaboration fell apart. But when we just shook hands and got over it it was much easier to cooperate with each other.

Team Diversity

Our diversity was very hard to maintain at times. One of us tried to slack and the others were forced to maintain the entire website for a while, but that was quickly seen to. But once that we had our tasks equal the website was much easier. If we had not divided the work equally then our website would have crashed. So, a word of advice to those who have trouble with diversity, just sort it out quickly or your problems will only increase.
