This site is dedicated to light in all its manifestations: in physics, in technology, in nature and in culture. Our goal is to help students learn more about light, whether it is the physics of light, human use of light, light phenomena in nature, or light in religion, art and literature. To further this end, we've included a message board for posting questions, some Java virtual experiments, a full-text search, and a site map with an outline of what this site covers.
