This website was created in the defense of Upward Bound and all other associated programs with TRiO. Sadly the President of the United States has decided to say that money is more important than education. Because of the proposed Fiscal Year 2006 budget, Upward Bound will cease to exist if there is no action taken. We would like you to view what Upward Bound is from the students' eyes, and hopefully you can pass it on to the President.
