Team Collaboration
One group of five students with mixed ability & gender was created which gives opportunity for peer interactions between students to promote more able students with opportunities to help develop the less able ones is adhered to.
In this collaborative students were guided not only to practice the 21st century skills in which they are comfortable and can utilize with expertise and comfort but also every opportunity will be given to sharpen the less developed skills during this educational journey.
Team Diversity
Project activities were assigned in a group of six students irrespective of gender but with inquisitive minds of mixed abilities viz. academic, reasoning and organising etc.
While assigning activities lead coach meticulously tried to explore the true creative potential of students to the desired level.
