Team Collaboration
We divided up the work by picking out jobs that would bring out our skills. Sara, being good with technology, put together the website. Tess, being creative, did all the writing. Eve, being good at taking notes, gathered together most of the information. Because our skills were different we could make a more rounded website. The website is a combination of all our efforts.
Team Diversity
Our group is diverse in different ways. For example, Tess lived in Russia for five years. Other than her, we’ve all lived in America. We are all different types of people; Tess is more artistic, Sara is the best with technology, and Eve is logical. Our skill levels were different, which was brought out when our time management skills were tested. We aren’t different in that many ways. We all tend to work in the same sort of way under pressure.
