Understanding Human Behavior
1999
Our entry has been created with the main objective of giving people a greater awareness of the vast field of human behavior. We hope we have created a useful tool with which people can learn more about themselves and also the behavior of everyone in their environment and in this world. The content has been divided into five different parts each containing about four different headings under them. The five chapters are: Psychology of Behavior, Biological Base of Behavior, Daily Behavior, Behavioral Disorders, and Cognitive Processes. In our web-site, we have tried to create a valuable collection of information to aid people researching the subject in successfully finding needed information. The site combines this information with interactive activities that can help users to gain a more extensive understanding of the subject by working with it themselves. There is an interactive trip, expressions games, movies, and more for users to explore. All of this is accessible with an easy to understand layout a well-organized table of contents. Users are encouraged to add their own input to the site through use of the database. The site focuses on the userhis/her research and learning needs, visual responses, and desire for interaction.
