In our group each of us chose a problem with today’s schools and in our project explained the different ways to prevent or detect those problems. Such as Erin spotted that there is too much violence in today’s schools and decided to write about it in the introduction since she thinks it’s a big problem.

Team Collaboration
Some people in the group are good at looking up stuff and typing it but they are not that well at fixing grammar so once they finished their article the people who were better at writing helped them. Each of us decided that we were going to split up and make our own article to create a whole article without one person feeling like they didn’t contribute enough.
Each of members had their own computer and was free to look up what ever they felt should be in the project. Once some people wrote about a certain subject others felt like they had something to say about the same subject.
Team Diversity
Our team isn’t that different. We were all born in America, so we don’t know what it’s like to move to a different country and all. We may all come from different homes, but we know what its like to experience certain things such as death and joy or things such as going to a new school or moving to a new state; in the end we all had out ups and downs in life and know what to tell people when their down.
