Living History Day

2000
One of our teachers planned and hosted a "Living History Day" in the nearby town of Table Rock last fall. Students from some other schools went to it, and learned a lot about history in the early days of Nebraska. There were lots of live demonstrations with real machines and equipment from the old days. We wanted to share this with students in other places. This is now going to be an annual event and will be even bigger next year. It will also be two days--one for the students on Friday and one for the public on Saturday.
