Team Collaboration
All of the members were vital to the work load, because of how we split up the work. Ally, Cordelia, Crystal and Mickey were all responsible for research, and Ian was in charge of design. Ally worked on privacy and speech; Cordelia was religion and books; Crystal was self-protection; Mickey was self-expression, and finally we all contributed to the "other" category. Our division of labor was for time and effort. Those of us who had a lot of time on their hands got one expansive topic and a smaller "cut and dry" topic. Others of our team had very little time and got lighter topics. We also put the topics to the people who represented them best. Ally is a very private person to other people, but loves to talk to her close friends, while Cordelia loves books and is unbiased to religions. Crystal has a few friends who use weapons to protect themselves and Mickey is very non-conforming and expressive. Ian got the hardest task of all, because even though we all made the design and layout, he had to program the site. He studied web design for the first time and figured a lot out independently. All in all, we split the work up very fairly and are proud of our site.
Team Diversity
Though our team may not seem physically diverse, our personalities are all over the place. All three girls are very energetic, while the boys are calmer. Cordelia is the quiet, artistic type, and is to thank for the splendid comics. Crystal is happy, leader of the group, able to get us on the right path. Ally was, and is, the bold, newer leader. When Crystal got loaded with projects Ally relieved her of the leadership role. She did the final edits to make the website uniform and spurred other members to work. Mickey was the easy-going worker. He went with the flow to make a great article that showed his truly expressive self. Ian probably is the calmest of the group. With as steady work ethic, he easily managed all the data we fed him and made an outstanding result. Each personality was brought out in the project, whether it be leadership, arts or just knowing how to work. Without all of us the project would never have been made the way it was.
