ecotrashpay

The Ecotrashpay project proposes a new way of attributing and paying for garbage, conveting the old tax on the garbage based on the home surface expressed in square metres, in a new kind of rate based on the numbers of components of the family and above all calculated on the effective quantity of garbage produced. The heart of the Project is the information system storing or a smart card in addition to the database. Considering the wide diffusion of this new technology (ie: the SIM used in cellphone, the new credit cards, etc) witch, for the security offered to the data protection has been chosen by the Italian government for the production of personal identity card, our idea is to employ one single card for several services: identity cards, citizen’s card, bank card and naturally ecotrashpay card. Il progetto Ecotrashpay propone un nuovo modo di conferire e pagare i rifiuti, convertendo la vecchia tassa sui rifiuti basata sulla superficie dell’abitazione in una nuova tariffa basata sul numero dei componenti della famiglia e soprattutto sull’effettiva quantit` di rifiuti prodotta. Considerando la grande diffusione di questa nuova tecnologia che, per la sicurezza offerta h stata scelta dal governo italiano la produzione di carte d’identit`, la nostra idea h quella di implementare in una singola card diversi servizi: carta d’identit`, carta del cittadino, carta di credito e naturalmente Ecotrashpay Card.
