Our web site is about Vincent Van Gogh, a famous Impressionist painter. Our site teaches visitors about Van Goghs colorful life, from his early days in Paris, to Arles where he cut his ear off during an epileptic seizure, to his final days in an asylum. We will also teach about Van Goghs art through our re-creations of paintings that represent the wide variety of styles and subjects Van Gogh painted. Visitors will learn about epilepsy and other things that made Van Gogh ill, Included are Van Goghs family, friends, and paintings he sold during his lifetime and today.
