Team Collaboration

Team Collaboration: The team consisted of three members, each in the same ICT class in Poole Grammar School. We are completing the Oracle ThinkQuest in conjunction with our As ICT course, and we are all of the age of 15. Overall the team worked well. The delegation of tasks was set out clearly, and we all completed the part of the task that was given to us. We have suffered as a team from people being away on school trips and sporting events. But illness has also hit the team hard, but we pulled through and managed to get the website uploaded which is an achievement in itself, given that we have not spent that much time on it. At times the team did argue, but these disagreements were resolved with the minimal of fuss. I think the website has been completed to an acceptable standard, with a lot of pages with resourceful information too.
