Virtual Archeology: Rebuilding the Past

Archeological sites can now be recreated through the combination of traditional archeological methods and new computer technology. The advantages and disadvantages of virtual archeology are presented along with an explanation of why virtual archeology is necessary. Reconstructed artifacts from the Angkor, Cambodia and Zimbabwe civilizations are displayed. Links to other virtual archeology sites are also included.
