Team Collaboration

When we decided to participate in the ThinkQuest competition, the first step was to form a team. Once the team was built we used the materials Thinkquest site offers for us to organize and begin work in the way organized. Using fast track timeline we have made a duper fast track timeline: plan - 1 week, research - 2,3,4 weeks, 5.6 weeks-create, upload and submit the site profile - 7 days. For a good efficiency we have chosen a leader, and each was given a major task that will take care, then the method of resolving differences (which were few) was to ask for the beginning our coach ( advisory opinion only), and then we vote (in case the vote was 3 for 3 equal and the leader decided the options to follow). After we created the site map, and each worked in a particular part of the project we decided that every 3 days everyone to send an email to other colleagues to be informed of how the project goes and to help us in case we have difficulties. One of the important phases of the research was collection informations directly from the source, where we talked with specialists in the field who have explained how a wind turbine and a hydroelectric work. Competing in the Competition Website ThinQkuest I got to know each other better and we appreciate each other,by working in team and learning interesting and useful things.
