Team Collaboration

　　Our team members have never done such kind of research project and it is the first time for each of us. Since the onboard day of our team, team work principle has been put on the most important place and all the team members endeavor to every assigned works to achieve the goal of our research probject. Taking our team’s “one day of poor & rich life” activity for instance, everybody gives counsel suggests on the experience method and content. Such as the dinner experience part, we found it is a problem to find a proper place to cook the purchased dinner material whereas Yuan Hongyue helped us solve this problem by inviting other team members to experience this part at his home. Another example is we successfully finished residential community interview with help of Yuan Hongyue’s grandfather who introduced Mr. Zhou, Community Director, to us. And, when the team members found lots of questionnaires about poverty and richness spread by internet were not well responded, they walked on the street, in the park to execute site questionnaire interview, which provided first-hand data to lay the foundation for the next step of our research subject.

Team Diversity

　　Our team was made up of 6 students from two countries: China and Indonesia. The role of each member was assigned by referencing individual character and special skill. Chengming was selected as our team leader because of his open personality, curious working attitude, good communicating ability, pressure endurance. Hongyue is the most lively among us and very good at acting, actor is the perfect role for him. Yue is a speculative thinker and her opinion always gives new feeling to us from a different angle; Shuangxing is master in accurate and logic words applying, hence, they two were acting the role of writer. Wenqian can use computer and various software expertly, so she was put on the editor position in charging of photograph and web page processing. Our good friend Halim from Indonesia is a great supplement of our team and he brought international view of point, exotic ideas and culture to our team.
