Team Collaboration

The best method we found for creating the website and managing the team members, keeping them stimulated and implicated, was by letting every team member use his/her best skills for this website and allowing them to come up and implement original ideas and content. This, however, does not mean that the project members were divided. Whilst allowing individual styles, the members of the team constantly received feedback and ideas from their colleagues.

As an example of how each member was encouraged to use individual skills was by assigning each team member positions that best suited their abilities. Members good at php and html did most of the coding, members good at reviews and capable testers were encouraged to write the most extensive reviews and members who had the best design skills were responsible for creating the layout and design schemes of the site. All this time, members gave feedback and opinions between one and other, ensuring that the best ideas were implemented. This philosophy was created to ensure as much professionalism as possible and allowed for the crucial "outside-the-box" thinking, vital for all of today's creative processes.

Team Diversity

Our team consists of three christian-orthodox romanian students, two boys and a girl. We have bridged cultures in our unified quest of giving accurate and unbiased information about our common passion: the video game industry. We all agreed to take up this project in oder to shed light on this, somewhat misunderstood entertainment industry and give a clearer example about the internet culture it has created.
