Team Collaboration

All the team members work in harmony and share all necessary works. They divide the tasks as follows: a) they decide the subject of web site (all together) b)collect the material (all together) c) decide which material display in website (all together) d) make all final material in digital shape and in English language (2 of them) e) all team members decide for the structure of the site f) and finally 2 of them create the site and the other 2 make tests (for errors, broken links etc.)

The team has very big problem to use the Dreamwaver. They have only 1 week to learn the software because they was out of the initial time schedule. They prefer to make the web site using openoffice suite because it is in Greek language and has usage expirience in openoffice.

Team Diversity

All team members come from the same socioeconomic backgrounds and cultural groups(approximately). They try, for first time, to participate in ThinkQuest to take a taste how is a international competition in English language.
