Students in this team will write an exposition, collect information and create a multimedia piece to express their opinion on the given question. Our class focus is on literacy development and extension of our skills.

Team Collaboration

Our team began by working as individuals to brainstorm ideas on the topics. The topic was chosen by each student and groups were formed ot of common interests. Our students met each Wednesday and Friday to research and write expository pieces, which were then added to the site. Students often opted to add to their work from home as well. Students with editing strengths took on the role of editing their team page. Some students were the main idea contributors and some played 'the devil's advocate'.

Team Diversity

Students in this team come from different backgrounds including a student from Papua New Guinea, different family compositions and mixed income levels. There were three diferent age levels and both genders all in the same team.
