Our homeland-the Earth
2009
We have only one earth-our common homeland.Do you think the earth is important for us? Of course, she's our mother.Our lives depend on the earth and her recources.In order to take better care of them,we must learn the knowledge about the earth and know the kinds of her recources ,and also survey the situation of them at the present.We will do our best to protect our homeland.To do this protect ,we need search the information on the Internet ,in the library,in the bookshop and survey around our community.This project can help us learn geography more .By this project,We are expecting the people around us will be able to pay more attention to our survival environment and let more people love the nature.

Team Collaboration
We start this project very late and we have lots of work to do.In order to finish the project, we have maken full plans together.We assign task to every member. Each of us tries our best to collect information and complete it. We discuss and share the reaources.
1.Three of us haven’t got computers at home.They don’t often tape on the computers and they don’t have experiences to search on the Internet.But they find all chances to learn the knowledge of the computer and go online at school.
2. The members of us have lots of work to do at school. We are busy having eight classes every day.We spent forty minutes on each class.So we have little spare time.We have to do our project at the weekend. During this period,we have a Mid-term examination and we have to revise our lessons for it.
3.Our school is not big in our district.We have not enough books to search for us at school.Therefore we must go to bookshop and find the datas.
4.Though we learn English at school,we hardly use English to communicate in life and even to write.We overcome the language difficulty to finish the project.
5.Especially Zhang Zelin has been ill two weeks.The other members do their best to help him.
Everyone of us know we are a team. We have a common aim and we help each other. We work hard to complete our tasks.We are clear that we are not the best now,but we will one day.
Team Diversity
We don’t invite the members from the other countries. All of the members are from our school. That is that we finish the project all by ourselves.So our members bring to bear their advantage.
Firstly, team leader assume the responsibility which include organization task and design plan. And other members fish their task division and cooperation. As a result of their great effort ,we finish our task successfully.Some of us are good at using the Internet. They help the other members. Thus we can finish the work inquiring information on the webside ,uploading downloading tasks and others. The most important is that it can enhance the capacity of other team members.Some of them who are expert in using English can help others to finish the task about translation.And some of them have plenty of geography knowledge and others are able to learn from them.So all of them improve their geography.
