Team Collaboration
As our organisation is mainly meant for children of uniformed transferable central governament employees along with civil children, all the members met in one school and did the project together. All the members were trained with same team of teachers. So, their track in education is unidirectional. The member culture is exchangable as they are at one place even while they are offline. They meet together online too. So, they have got doubble benefit as they have online and offline collaboration.
Team Diversity
The team has Four memebers are belongs to different corners of India. They could meet in the same school beacuse the our organisation is meant for Children of Transferable Central Government employees
Manaswini of Class 7 belongs to Andhra Pradesh. Shiva of Class- 7 belongs to Tamil Nadu, Manish of Class -8 belongs to Uttar Pradesh.
They have different culture. Their mother tongue are Telugu, Tamil and Hindi respectively. Social back ground of each one is different. Manishas parents are doctor, while Shivas father is Constable and Manaswini's father is Teacher. Hence, they are from different economical back ground. Each of them studied in different regions in different school under our organisaiton.
