Team Collaboration

Our team was wonderful in every aspect. The members had different talents and we were never afraid of experimenting. One member was exceptionally good in software while the other was equally good in library and online research. One was good in writing and the other enjoyed making games. The members not only kept a tab on their own work but also acted as critics for the other members. Members were also had the wonderful opportunity to bond with each other. Each member had something to teach the other. Everyone was full of creativity. We had a fair few technical difficulties but we managed to overcome them by teamwork. The students made a good enough team and had a fabulous time building up this website.

Team Diversity

Members of the team were of diverse backgrounds. Their diversity was their strength to collaborate, to collect more information and use it in a non-offensive manner. As we were from different states, we interacted with each other and with a few family members as to the problems/solutions in the respective states. We also did a similar PLI (Project Learning Institute) Project on Think Quest with the theme. We used some of the same ideas. We also got an opportunity to get to know more information from regional books as the students from different states could read the books in their mother tongue. If we had various ideas, it surely was because we were from diverse backgrounds. We converted a part of our PLI and added a bit of fun and glamour here and there. We reflected the Indian policy of “Unity in Diversity”.
