Our website focused on the representation of Hawaiians and people living in Hawai‘i in multimedia. Through the analysis of three different presences in multimedia, we brought to light the stereotypical view of Hawaiians and people living in Hawai‘i. Over time, this portrayal has molded the view of Hawaii and her people to foreigners.
