The Internet has exploded over the years to the gigantic network it is today. It is an important part of modern life today and will become more important in the years ahead. This contest too is on the Internet, and communication to team members and coaches is also through the Internet. Everything revolves around it. Our entry deals with what the Internet is, from its humble beginings, to what is today, and where it may go tomorrow. A lot of people may be a bit baffled about what the Internet is, how it started, how it works and where it is headed. This site was made to help students know what the Internet is and do familiarize them with its workings. We hope that through this entry students will know a great deal about the Internet and armed with that knoweldge tackle it in their daily lives.
