"Making Michigan Tracks" was developed to make students aware of the state of Michigan as part of the world we live in. For those who live in Michigan as well as for others, it is our hope that this site will help them learn some of the history and events that make Michigan the state it is today. Since it was impossible to include all facts and information about Michigan in this one site, we hope that we have sparked enough interest and given enough references that more information could be easily found. Using a map students should be able to find their way around the state and experience some of Michigan's cities.
