Team Collaboration

At the beginning in September, we started by looking at past ThinkQuest websites. After looking at those, we thought up some topics for a website. After we came up with all the website ideas, we got into groups. Then we made an organizer which organized the ideas. We split the ideas evenly among everybody in the group. We started researching some of our group’s ideas on the Internet little by little. We got the information organized in a template and then transformed the template into a paragraph. After everybody finished their topics we started on our website. We put our paragraphs on to a DreamWeaver page. We also did our About Us, Bibliography, and our Home Page.

Team Diversity

We had two girls and three boys in our group. We also had some different religions; one Jewish person and some Christians. We had some part Germans, Irish, Swedes, Brits, Scottish, Poles, and French. The diversity enhanced our website because we all have different background knowledge about different things. An example would be that someone knew a lot about the Holocaust and somebody didn’t know anything about it.
